Order Placement

  • Orders are accepted all week. Nevertheless, keep in mind that orders will only be shipped the week after order placement on Monday.
  • Orders considered as such after payment.

Delivery

1. Delivery date will be sent to you by e-mail.

2. Orders are to be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday.

3. At the moment we only deliver our products for countries within European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom).

4. Depending on your delivery address and urgency, we present you different shipping options:

Nacex – If you live in Portugal or Spain, goods will be delivered within 24 hours. When goods are dispatched, we will inform you of your tracking number so that you can keep track of the goods in transit. Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail, so you will need to introduce a valid e-mail address on your order form for this purpose. To check delivery progress, please go to the following website: www.nacex.es/irSeguimiento.do

DHL – If you need to get your goods as soon as possible choose shipping company DHL for fast deliveries in Europe. Your goods will be delivered within 24 hours from dispatch. When goods are dispatched, we will inform you of your tracking number so that you can keep track of the goods in transit. Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail, so you will need to introduce a valid e-mail address on your order form for this purpose. Post - registed mail Choose this option, if you do not have urgency to receive the goods, but you want to track your order. This option is available for all European countries. Your goods will be delivered as registered mail and they will reach you within 3 working days from dispatch. When goods are dispatched, we will inform you of your tracking number so that you can keep track of the goods in transit. Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail, so you will need to introduce a valid e-mail address on your order form for this purpose. Post - not registed mail – Choose this option as a low cost delivery for all European countries. Your goods will reach you within 5 working days from dispatch. This service does not offer goods tracking.

5. Choose wisely your carrier as some of the alternatives proposed do not offer a tracking protocol. Necton will not be held accounted if goods are misplaced or lost.
